This website is updated regularly. With the changes that are occurring in the market along with our marketing, we anticipate a flood of properties to be made available to you, the investor. Each property will be available under different terms. Some may be purchased on a wrap, as a full cash purchase or even on assignment of contract or assignment of a subject to property. We will also offer notes for purchase as they become available. These will most often be junior liens in second or rare third positons. Some of these notes will retain an ongoing right to foreclose on the property aliened.
